Death of an Angel

The little girl in the video is Isabelle. Her best friend Jasmina Anema was battling leukemia. Lamar and Khloe got involved to help spread the word about becoming a bone marrow donor. Unfortunately, Jasmina lost her battle with cancer yesterday. Visit One for Jasmina to sign up to recieve the do-it-yourself bone marrow donor kit. Lakers visit the White House

The 2009 NBA Champion Los Angeles Lakers were honored at the White House on Monday January 25th. They all looked sharp in their suits. Lamar showing his own unique style, as usual, wearing the purple shirt with the black collar. Luke Walton took a behind the scenes video which was very entertaining and can be seen at his nba.com video blog. Obama cracked on Magic for losing to his Bulls in 1991 which was pretty funny. It was great to see them being recognized for their achievements. Hopefully they'll get a return trip this year! Khloe was able to accompany Lamar and meet Obama as well. Each player was allowed to bring a guest. Both tweeted how excited they were for the opportunity to meet the President.
